Margot and StephenPegum have broad experience in hospitality; having organised without counting, 200 weddings. Trust us, experience counts. We have a supertrained staff of chefs who have worked at Cleopatra's, Bilsons and Rockpool. Our maitresse d' has attended to many weddings, most notably, the Packer wedding at Bellevue Hill. The Sydney Morning Herald has rated establishments run by us: Pegums at Lawson, Echoes Blue Mountains and Wategos Watermark at 19/20. Margot is a trained chef and also a Commander of the Cordon Bleu en Australie. Please see the Gallery page for our new beach location 10mins from Byron with a totally natural beachfront setting. Ample accommodation is a walk away and all services for a marquee reception can be supplied. A third intimate location is available, totally beachfront, maximum 60 total. |
