Margot Pegum is a talented chef and a Commander of Cordon Bleu in Australia, who with her husband has operated only five star boutique establishments, most recently Wategos Watermark in Byron Bay. Before that Margot worked in an administrative capacity overseas, notably at the United Nations New York.
Stephen has worked in many areas of hospitality management, held publican and restaurant licences, as well in travel and airline promotion.
