Boutique banquet menus

Celebrate in your own personal style: imagine a sumptuous feast of ingredients put together by your personal chef in dramatic style, suitable either as your main dining event or as supper after a canapé style function. Just choose a style:

  • Indian
  • Moroccan
  • Asian
  • Mexican
  • Mediterranean

For example if you choose Indian we arrange stacks of pappadams, pyramids of spiced biryani and steamed rice, bowls of minted raita, freshly made chutneys, red onion,tomato and coriander salsa with an assortment of various curries - masaman, kashmiri, sri lankan curries etc. with your choice of fish, prawns, lamb, beef, chicken or vegetables. Dessert will be gulub jamun, Indian rice puddings, saffron yoghurt - Indian teas and milks also are served as an accompaniment.

A Moroccan style would offer a display of bejeweled cous cous, very slow cooked lamb with dates and morroccan spices and a number of tagines of your choice with dessert bowls of orange and almond cake, stuffed dried figs, Turkish delight, delicious dates, or halva all served with a pomegranate syrup.


Another option is to have our chefs attend at various stations - think of the chefs offering freshly cooked choices with suggested accompaniments, all plated to order:

  • An antipasto station
  • A Seafood station
  • A carvery station
  • A vegetable or salad station

Dessert: A trio of three ice cream cups or waffle cones with a full table of goodies that your guests can select to garnish their ice creams - including toasted coconut, mixed fresh berries, butterscotch sauce, raspberry and chocolate sauce, praline, whipped cream, chocolate curls, 100’s and 1000's, silver cachous.


We can also offer a supper table: cheese platters, antipasto, house gravadlax, white baguettes and horseradish dill cream to accompany or perhaps, a whole honey glazed ham with house made relishes mustards and breads.


Gourmet picnic: A lawn picnic or at table with a box of delicious morsels for each guest or trays for 6 to 8 guests who will experience crisp crudités, tiny pies, salad boxes, mini pizzas and freshly made breads with cheeses, chicken, rare roast beef and more!
