Cocktail menu
Casual cocktail is a contemporary style with casual cocktail furniture for a good percentage of your guests - no formal seating. All choices are served canapé sized accompanied by elegant noodle boxes of your chosen salads, cones of squid or fish 'n chips and bite sized dessert offerings. This might be a trio of three ice cream cups or waffle cones with a full table of goodies that your guests can select to garnish their ice creams - including toasted coconut, mixed fresh berries, butterscotch sauce, raspberry and chocolate sauce, praline, whipped cream, chocolate curls, 100's and 1000's.
Choose seven selections from either Gold, Platinum or Diamond menus, and two selections from our dessert menu.
Menus are subject to change.
